MATERIALE: In via solo chiodi normali e qualche sporadico cordino in clessidra. Le soste, seppur quasi sempre scomode (potrebbe tornare utile una staffa per stare un po’ più comodi..) sono ottime, tutte con tre/quattro chiodi. Portare una serie di friends sino al 3 BD, alcuni nuts e una piccola scelta di chiodi.

COMMENTO: Superlativa salita alpinistica, lungo una parete costantemente verticale e, per più tratti, strapiombante, dove le difficoltà continue ed elevate, oltre ad un’ incessante esposizione, obbligano l’accesso solo a cordate molto ben preparate, sia sotto il profilo atletico che mentale. La soddisfazione che se ne ricava, una volta usciti in vetta, è veramente grandissima! Nel salire, tiro dopo tiro, si tocca con mano con quanta maestria i primi salitori abbiano saputo intuire la linea più opportuna e come siano stati in grado di chiodarla magistralmente. Tutta con chiodi tradizionali, soste comprese. Purtroppo spesso scomode e appese su di un vuoto impressionante! La roccia, nonostante un certo numero di ripetizioni, è poco più che discreta, solo a tratti davvero buona, con lunghezze ,dove tirate certe tacche, necessita di un bel respiro profondo ed un bell’atto di fede! Senza ombra di dubbio una delle perle più preziose dell’intero arco dolomitico.
